- Annual Wellness Blood Panel including: Chemistry Panel, CBC,

Gold Plan

- Includes Safety, Comfort, and IV Catheter (Fluids if needed)

- If extractions or additional to go home medications are necessary, there will be additional fees outside of the covered plan
Platinum Plan

- Ultrasound
- Dental Package, if needed, can be added on as an additional service and cost to your monthly fee
- This package is ideal for the Senior Pet that may have more chronic issues and needs additional annual diagnostics than a younger dog.
Puppy Plan
Everything you need to have a healthy, happy puppy!
- Up to 4 Wellness Visits
- One Scheduled Sick Visit
- All Core Vaccines
- Two Intestinal Parasite Screenings
- Dewormings
- 12 months of Heartworm, Flea, Tick, and Intestinal Parasite Prevention (will be provided over the course of the year as the puppy grows)
- Spay or Neuter Procedure using the safest anesthesia protocol available
A professional spay/neuter procedure includes: a comprehensive pre-anesthetic exam and bloodwork,
IV Catheter, a sterile environment, pain management (includes medications given before and after the procedure)
Kitten Plan
This plan will get your kitten off to the right start to be a life long family member
- Up to 3 Wellness Visits
- One Scheduled Sick Visit
- All Core Vaccines
- Feline Leukemia and Feline Immunodeficiency Virus Screening
- Spay or Neuter Procedure
- 12 Months of Revolutions Plus - Heartworm, Flea, Tick, Intestinal Parasite Prevention ( Will Be provided over the course of the year as the kitten grows)

VPC OVERVIEW- Why Be a Member?
By being a club member, you are able to provide the best possible care for your pet. Our plans are affordable and convenient for you.
All plans provide preventative veterinary services for one year, with the costs divided in to 12 monthly affordable payments. Each plans is offered on a yearly schedule so that you can upgrade as your pet ages or needs change.
VPC is NOT a form of insurance and does not cover illnesses or injuries although you are provided one scheduled sick exam per year with unlimited discounted member exams. All treatments or medications are additional.
With VPC and the plan that is personalized for your pet, could potentially save you up to $400 per year.
